Any order implies the full and complete acceptance of the present general conditions of sale. All orders will be taken into account only after acceptance of the payment.  The absence of availability of the item Offbeat undertakes to inform the customer by any means at their convenience.  Any items that are made with vintage fabrics are subject to change, as vintage fabric can never be duplicated

Offbeat reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over a previous order.

As most items are handmade to order. Retails orders can take 1-4 days to process and Whoelsae orders take up to 2 weeks.

Products will be sent to the address of delivery indicated on the ordering process.
Offbeat delivery periods depends on the shipping method you select, 10 to 20 working days via AIR. 20-40 Working days via SAL and 3-5 days via DHL. Offbeat is not responsible for delays in shipping, we will provide you with a tracking number and follow up on your delivery. In case of delays, Offbeat is no responsible. If the package is lost, we will refund only when we have confirmation after 4 months from the post office and we are refunded from the post office!. Offbeat's responsibility in events such as natural disasters delaying or prohibiting the delivery of the goods, Offbeat is not responsible.

Payment must be made in full before we start to process your order. 

By signing the delivery note, the client accepts the products delivered in the State, and no claim for damage during transport will be accepted. It is the responsibility of the client to carry out all checks and to protest the arrival of the equipment and to pursue, where appropriate, all recourse against the carrier. Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must immediately check their condition and their conformity with the contract. All claims relating to a defect of the goods delivered, to an inaccuracy in the quantities or an erroneous reference to the order confirmed by the Offbeat  must be formulated in writing within a period of four days in receipt of the products otherwise the right to claim shall cease to be acquired. Any return of goods requires the prior agreement of Offbeat, all returned merchandise will be held at the disposal of the customer at its own expense, risk and peril, all costs of transport, storage, handling is the responsibility of the customer. In all cases, the return of the goods occurs at the expense and risk of the customerAll customers are responsible for the import taxes/vat in their own country.
