Placing an Order

Any order implies the full and complete acceptance of the present general conditions of sale. All orders will be taken into account only after acceptance of the payment.  The absence of availability of the item Offbeat undertakes to inform the customer by any means at their convenience.  Any items that are made with vintage fabrics are subject to change, as vintage fabric can never be duplicated

Offbeat reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over a previous order.

As most items are handmade to order. Retails orders can take 1-4 days to process and Wholesale orders take up to 2 weeks.

Wholesale orders are custom and made to order, once a deposit is made, any payment on the order not refundable!

Delivery and delivery times

Products will be sent to the address of delivery as indicated on the order invoice. If a mistake was made during the ordering process please contact us immediately to have the address changed.

If for any other reason the delivery company cannot deliver the items such as incorrect forwarding address or persons not available to sign for the delivery, it will be at the expense and responsibility of the customer correct the problem. Offbeat will make every attempt to help mitigate delivery problems, but will not be responsible for packages the are returned or destroyed if delivery cannot be made.

Offbeat delivery periods depends on the shipping method you select, 10 to 20 working days via AIR. 20-40 Working days via SAL and 3-5 days via DHL. Offbeat is not responsible for delays in shipping, we will provide you with a tracking number and follow up on your delivery. In case of delays, Offbeat is no responsible.

If the package is sent by Air or SAL and is considered lost, refunds can only be made after 4 months when the Post Office has considered the package "Lost". In events such as natural disasters delaying or prohibiting the delivery of the goods, Offbeat is not responsible.


Payment must be made in full before we start to process your order. Payments are securely made through PayPal. Offbeat does not keeps any credit card information.

Taking Delivery

By signing the delivery note, the client accepts the products as delivered, and no claim for damage during transport will be accepted. It is the responsibility of the customer to reject a damaged delivery and make a claim with the carrier. In all cases, the return of the goods occurs at the expense and risk of the customer

All customers are responsible for the import fees/taxes/vat in their own country.
